As a devoted doctor in physical therapy, I graduated from Touro College in 2014 and opened my own practice in 2021. This enabled me to focus my care on one patient at a time. I use evidence based practices to get my patients back to living their best lives. I am passionate about what I do and find immense success in my patient’s progress.

My expertise lies in patient education, hands on manual treatments and progressing patient specific exercises. By ensuring the patient understands why they are in pain and what is making their pain worse, we can work together to modify activities. Using a variety of hands on techniques I am able to work with patients to restore their joint mobility and structural symmetry. As well as, tailor an exercise regime to focus on specific compensations happening in an individuals body. With years of experience in the field, my proficiency is further amplified by in person continuing education.

My decision to pursue a career in physical therapy was shaped by my family’s medical history and my passion for science and caregiving. I have chosen to be a physical therapist to provide relief to those suffering and give hope to those who may have lost it.

Medicine and surgery may have its limitation and compromise but physical therapy gives you more power to feel better. We all need to understand how our body’s work for us and what we should be doing to keep standing tall, walking long and living our best.

“Medicine gains days to life, Physical Therapy gains life to days.”
